It is great to be open again and a huge thank you to you all for continuing to support us. We hope you and your loved ones have been safe and well.
Due to the nature of the virus, we have had to adjust to a "new normal" and this inevitably has meant changes to how we operate in the salon to keep both you our clients, and our staff safe. We are following Government guidelines and have done a full Risk Assessment and made changes where required. We would like to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to minimise risk of infection.
Our staff have all been fully briefed and we have provided them with PPE in the form of face visors, masks, disposable gloves, disposable aprons and of course sanitiser. Happy to report that we’re delighted to be back at work and can assure you that we’re smiling under our masks.
The changes we are implementing will mean we have fewer appointments available throughout the day and we ask that you bear with us if your wait time for a booking is a little longer than normal.
Some of the precautions we are taking include:
- Taking clients' temperature as they enter
- Taking our Staff's temperature throughout the day
- Staff wearing full face visors, gloves & masks
- Sanitising door handles
- Sanitising the bathroom after each use
- Thoroughly washing hands on a regular basis
- Deep cleaning the salon daily
- Cleaning workstations between clients
- Cleaning the card machine after every use
- Providing hand sanitiser to staff and visitors
There are tissues available throughout the salon to all to help catch any potential viruses. We would ask that all our clients use these if they sneeze or cough, then bin them followed by washing or sanitising their hands.
